Great company, flexible hours, employee rewards program
Swing is efficient and got me into substitute teaching quicker than I could get a 30day substitute teacher credential (which Swing also helped me get). The phone app works well and makes it easy to book and schedule jobs. I also like the flexibility of picking the days I work.
Swing support team is very good with helping sub- teachers. They are supportive and excellent for all areas of what sub- teacher needs. This is a great agency. The system is set-up well established and organized.
