Dr. Switzer is an excellent physician, highly skilled, and truly an expert in the retina and macula field. He performed a vitrectomy repair for a full thickness macula hole with great results. I also enjoyed meeting his staff who were friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. I highly recommend...10/10!!!
I am 81 years old and have age-related macular degeneration. Apparently it is difficult to recruit and keep retinal specialists. I cycled through 4 different retinal specialists to treat my condition - some recruited from out of state. As you can imagine, giving injections in the eye must be handled with the greatest care. Second visit- I am changing my star rating on this Dr from a 1 to a 3 since he called and apologized for how the first office visit went. He also scheduled me to see the other Dr in his office the next day to help DX my eye problem. The other Dr was even on vacation and came in for me! Dr. Switzer is very professional and makes me feel very comfortable whenever I go to see him. He has helped me out with eye issues in the past and is always very thorough and does everything he can to help.
Because of this man I am blind in the eye he operated on. Yes, I am Blind.
