Campground is located in a very rural setting among numerous trees. A great get away. And the staff is pleasant. Wifi was very usable and almost always available. They are constantly cleaning up the grounds (we had a few extreme thunderstorms with about 6 trees uprooted). My only complaint (and the reason I reduced the number of stars from 4 to 1) is that the 30 days advanced reservation membership I bought really is only available for 5 months of the year and never available during the main season for camping. We rented a small cabin in October 2023. We were there for the Halloween weekend celebration. It was a good time. The staff were friendly and helpful. We rode our bikes around the park and into the wooded trails. The haunted trail was great. The only negative is the sleeping arrangements in the small cabin. A better couch/hide a bed would be nice. WE did have a great time.

Campground is awesome! I hate that we aren't able to enjoy this place any more. My kids loved growing up here. Now we can't ever get a site. We have tried MANY times over the last 4 or 5 years. They have sold so many memberships they do not have enough spots available to accommodate. We call on the first possible day 60 days from our needed reservation(can't make them any sooner with our membership) and it is always booked!! DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP!!!

Took a tour of the property yesterday ...Sharon gave us the tour. She did a great job of presenting Travel Resorts of America..The property was very nice ,with lots of activities for kids and adults. The other properties she showed us were very nice too. She was very friendly and personable..Definitely an asset for the company She is representing.

I won a camping trip to this resort and was told to come to the resort which is a 3 and a half hour drive from us. All we had to do was a 90 minute tour of the resort in which afterwards we were sat down and listened to a sales pitch to buy a travel club membership. We were given a $50 e-gift are for the gas to come do the tour and get our tickets to stay at the resort but what they don’t tell you on the phone is that the memberships are outrageously expensive!! The cheapest membership is $10,000 and the most expensive is $1... read more
