I had my first appointment with her this week and I honestly had a wonderful experience. I felt like she took the time to hear me out and had very good feedback regarding my concerns. Highly recommend.
I had Sydney Cummingham for telehealth to prescribe medication, I also work in healthcare so I try be understanding and I don't even write reviews . but she really does not seem to believe in mental health, so why work in this field? She would forget to refill meds so I would go through withdrawals, even when I called and texted through patient portal. Sydney has been a great psychiatrist, I’ve only been with her for about a year after moving to GA, but she made all my worries about transferring Doctors disappear and is always very caring and helpful. 0 complaints or negative experiences.
Appointment felt very impersonal. The woman that I spoke with said that I needed to follow up in one month. She didn't schedule the next appointment. Now I have to call the office to schedule my own follow-up appointment.
Caring, thorough overall a great Appointment she listen to me, gave me feedback and asked in-depth questions. will definitely be seeing again.
