Symank has always called me to inform me I’m low, and how much I wanted LP I wanted pumped. I received an email- for starters- I’ve owned my house over a year and they still have the incorrect billing address & owners on the invoice. They never called me this time to inform nor ask how much I wanted pumped. They pumped a full tank without permission. They never informed me they were even coming out. Best guys in the business. These guys don’t mess around. All the employees are incredibly nice and hard-working. They took on a large propane project for me and I could not be happier. They walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and their pricing beat everybody else.

Took over J & B Propane, never had a problem with them, these "people" take over, I get a registered letter stating they tried to reach me by phone, mail, email. Hogwash. Never heard a peep from the Symank people. Until the registered letter. We will buy our propane elsewhere from now on! Somebody dropped the ball at that company.
