My doctor set me up with SYMBII to provide at-home care after surgery. The team was familiar with the doctor's protocols and were able to answer the questions I had (a lot of questions) about how I should be feeling and the various pains and sensations that show up after surgery. They were helpful, friendly and easy to work with.
The people people that came to my home were all really nice and kind. They are all great professionals! The physical therapists put me through my paces, and so did the occupational therapists! The nurses that came were great too! It was overall a very positive experience!
The Symbii Home Health and Hospice nurses & social worker were so great. They were so caring and kind, always attentive and ready to help. We had consistent care from the same people which was great so we didn't have to get used to new people all the time. I couldn't have helped Mom through her last days without them!
Symbii provided hospice care during the last few weeks of my mother’s life. The nurses and other staff went above and beyond to keep mom comfortable and to show dignity and respect with her care. They supported mom and our family through some difficult days and we appreciate their sensitivity and compassion. We will be forever grateful for their service and dedication to their meaningful work. Thank you!
After knee replacement I chose Symbii for my home health. I had Heather for my physical therapist and Brandy for my nurse. I fell in love with both of them. They both were very knowledgeable and the kindest people ever. They kept me on track. Kind of miss them. Thanks again. Will definitely use Symbii again for anything else if needed. Highly recommend.
