Interesting alternative to traditional exercise. Bio density program is excellent. Working out on the PowerPlate is more effective than then machines. Golf specific training really helped my golf game. I'm stronger more flexible and have better balance than ever. Thanks Justin
I would give them 10 stars if I could. Staff are all so very nice, understanding and personable. They don't give up on trying to find ways to help you with whatever your problems may be. They have helped me so much with pain management. So glad I found them.
Facility is very clean and modern. Staff is exceptional friendly and welcoming. Matt is great with the massages. Once he starts on your shoulders you will know what I'm talking about! Dr. Ahasic gets me in and out with a quick and simple adjustment! Overall great experience. No need for me to go anywhere else. I'm a patient for life!
I could not recommend Synergy more highly! Not only is it a state of the art facility, but the staff is so knowledgeable and kind! Best decision ever if you have been injured or just want to take better care of yourself.
