Our mother experienced a very unfortunate and possible LIFE ENDANGERING situation utilizing the services of Synergy HomeCare. Her caretaker was stealing money and items from her home. The employee suffered a seizure (per MPD her family commented on a history of epilepsy at the hospital) within minutes of dropping my mom off at her home. Everyone sent to my home by Synergy was less than desirable. The upside is they let me find my own person and it has worked out great from there. Their pay is below par, that's why they sent below par peiple.

I have been using Synergy for over a year to help care for my mother and they provide excellent care and service. I live out of state so it is comforting to know she is being taken care of. She loves her caretaker Pam and she always goes above and beyond to help my mother with any task like taking her to doctor’s appointments, picking up prescriptions or cooking her a meal.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Synergy to arrange care for my dad. We have had some great caregivers over the past 4 years and some not so great. Just like with any other business in this current climate, staffing issues can prove quite challenging. When we have had concerns with caregivers, the office staff have always been helpful in resolving the issues quickly and professionally, and finding a replacement caregiver when needed. I can’t ask for more than that.

Synergy has been a Godsend for me and my family. The staff Staci, Georgiana, Wendy have efficient, effective and reliable. The caregivers assigned to assist with my father and now myself as well are hardworking, friendly, willing to assist as needed. I became familiar with Synergy at the Poarch Creek SAIL Center where I met Andy and Georgiana. Their knowledge regarding home care needs left a favorable impression on me, so therefore I have no regrets about contacting Synergy to care for my loved one.
