Had service since March. Have 1 person, twice a week. We like him and his service very much. Been a few late starts but we're informed with valid reasons. Starting care - Talked with them, they sent a person for an interview the next day. Service started within a couple of days. They call if there is a problem and respond to emails promptly. The office people are friendly and the person we have is very friendly. Our caregiver gives great care. I tried a company that cost less but the service and care were subpar.
I think the staff is very caring, attentive and professional as a whole. The personal is very nice and very helpful.
Have used this service in the past, will consider and make a decision next week
