Recently I had the pleasure of working with Taylor at Synergy Home Health in Fort Collins. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I needed a very quick in home overnight caretaker for one of our residents at our senior living on a Friday night. Within 1 hour I had a call that they had someone for us that could be at the facility in 1/2 hour and they would be able to stay 24/7 until we were able to move a resident into a secure environment. As a skilled home care nurse in Northern Colorado, I really appreciate the ease in which I can contact Baylea with referrals for non skilled home care. I often times see patients that could benefit from the care that Synergy can provide and have been able to facilitate that for a few patients with her help to date. Great homecare! The caregivers are very qualified and compassionate. The office is always friendly and work hard to make sure clients are well taken care of.
