Synergy is an amazing company! Coming from a former employee, I can attest that the group at Synergy is extremely caring of employees and clients. The company strives to ensure both parties are happy, which creates positive care experiences. In my time working as a caregiver, Synergy has been the only company that has truly demonstrated devotion to caring for ALL clients and are doing everything right. I absolutely love everyone there and I know they care about everyone seeking in-home care!

Synergy has been such a gift to our family! The management is responsive, efficient, and understanding. Their communication has been outstanding. The care givers provide excellent daily care. I am constantly impressed with their compassion, flexibility, patience, and skill. My mother now thinks of these care givers as family. I truly don't know what we would have done without them.
