I highly recommend Synergy! The care given to my mother-in-law was excellent, and Synergy was flexible and accommodating with us and our particular situation. So easy to work with and very reasonably priced. We will definitely call them again if and when the need arises!

When my mother-in-law became very ill it became too much for our family to assist her on our own. She needed long-term care, overnight assistance, and wanted to stay in her home. Our family is grateful for the care, love and support provided by the Synergy team. We contacted Peter on December 1st with a crisis situation, within 3 hours he was able to send staff into my in-laws home for 24/7 care for the next six months. Tasada was always available when schedules needed to be adjusted and ensured all hours were covered. She was always professional and sensitive to our needs. Used Synergy Home Care for about 1 year to provide 24/7 coverage to our parents who lived in their condo. Their aides worked out well and provided quality and compassionate care for our parents. Their front office was always very responsive to our calls when any issue came up and their owner, Peter, always took the time to check in with us on how the care his firm was providing. Rates are competitive with other agencies in the area. Would definitely recommend Synergy to anyone who needs home care.
