We used Synergy services for my dad last year. I would highly recommend them. I can’t say enough about the owners, Margaret and Gordon!!! They came out to my dad’s house to meet our family and made sure our needs were always met. The caregivers were professional, kind and compassionate. Margaret offered so much insight and compassion during such a difficult time in our lives. Her knowledge of the medical field was invaluable.

I contacted synergy to get help for my parents. Gordon and Margaret were absolutely fantastic!!. They met with me right away, went out of their way to make my family feel comfortable in every possible way! They were there for us anytime we needed them, their staff was amazing! They even communicated on the weekend to check in to see how my parents were doing, and provide direction, totally went above and beyond!! I should also mention they are very reasonably priced! I highly recommend them for any care that you need!
Deciding it was time to have someone come into our home and help care for my loved one was difficult. Peoples’homes are private and personal. Having a stranger in that space seemed like it would be uncomfortable and weird. It hasn’t been. We were at a loss as to what to do when my mother-in-law needed our help. The family decided a live in was what we needed. I contacted Synergy and was so impressed with their thoroughness! Every “t” was crossed and every “i” was dotted. The two caregivers we had were wonderful with our Mom. Mom accepted them gracefully and they took very good care of Mom.
