My mom is apart of this home care and an individual named Betty treated her multiple times like a child. She’s yelling at my mom through the phone. My mom has asked her multiple time how she needs to cancel because I have work and finally want to spend time with her outside of the house and when she calls to cancel Betty gets upset with her but it’s not her fault when she needs help with her phone to call others or text others. My husband has been a stroke patient for 7 years. Recently there has been a hiccup with his Medicaid coverage. I don't know what strings Betty pulled but she's a miracle worker as far as I'm concerned. I have always been treated with respect by her. Wonderful personality as well!
