My husband has been a stroke patient for 7 years. Recently there has been a hiccup with his Medicaid coverage. I don't know what strings Betty pulled but she's a miracle worker as far as I'm concerned. I have always been treated with respect by her. Wonderful personality as well!

My mom is apart of this home care and an individual named Betty treated her multiple times like a child. She’s yelling at my mom through the phone. My mom has asked her multiple time how she needs to cancel because I have work and finally want to spend time with her outside of the house and when she calls to cancel Betty gets upset with her but it’s not her fault when she needs help with her phone to call others or text others. I agree with the majority of the 2 reviews not the single positive review. After the initial visit from the RN/Community Liaison came in to assess the needs she informed me they would contact me to what availability they had to fit the available times I would need. That did not happen. Weeks later they didn’t call and out of the blue a young lady rang my doorbell from the company when I was about to leave the house so I refused the service since no one contacted me in advance. If you can, avoid SYNERGY HomeCare at all cost. I can only speak to the lack of professionalism because we never received the care we were supposed to get. My husband suffered a stroke and upon returning home, was supposed to receive PT and OT from SYNERGY. After a couple of days of not hearing from them concerning scheduling, I called. They assured me that it was a mistake (miscommunication) between them and the hospital and that it would all be taken care of. CNA was a no show. Once they send out a good CNA, you never see her again. They will complain about your neighborhood. I will not recommend this company at all!
