Synergy and the people there have been a lifesaver for me. I've been with them for several years. First my husband was cared for 3 plus years and now I'm with a caregiver 3 times a week. She is so amazing. It's an excellent company.

We just started using Synergy this past week for my 84 yr old father. All 3 people that were scheduled last week, were amazing with my father. Sheba is very quick to respond to all my questions and getting dates arranged for someone to come sit with him.

I rarely rate anything 5 stars, but in the case of the Synergy Service in Villa Rica, I wish I could give 10 stars! We had to quickly arrange home assistance for my elderly father, and Sheba Harris jumped through hoops and rapidly matched us with a perfect caregiver. Our aide is very experienced in dealing with dementia and has become an invaluable part of my father’s care program. I highly recommend SYNERGY HomeCare of Villa Rica for the care of your loved ones. The owner, Sheba, feels more like a caring friend versus someone you have hired. I was clueless about the process, but from day one, she has been extremely supportive and patient. Sheba will also take the time to understand your family dynamics to ensure a plan is put into place that fully meets your needs.
