I had a background check done here, and it was easy and fast. I arrived early for my appointment and the manager went right ahead with fingerprinting instead of waiting for my appointment time.

Just came from getting my fingerprints done. And the guy who did my prints was very nice and professional. My appointment was for 9am, and I got there a little early. He set up his equipment and attended to me within a matter of minutes Unlike other places I’ve gone to, let me sit there and wait until the exact time, and let me wait for them To set up. Thank you, Mr. Roosevelt, for getting me in and out. I just came off night shift, so I can go home and rest before my next shift.

Absolutely where any IdentoGo services you may have need to be done. The gentleman had me in and out in 5 minutes. I had accidently scheduled for another day, but he took me right in and made the process a breeze. Couldn't recommend more!

Roosevelt accommodated us for prints and we are so grateful he did because it was for court the next day. So kind and professional. Highly recommend
