Terrible, make sure you understand the care givers actual certifications and training that they have, especially in emergency situations. Currently being hounded for a balance after my mom passed as financial accounts are being situated with lawyers. Truly classless and careless representation of any decent provider.

I have been using Synergy for sometime now They have come into the building I currently am a Resident Service Director at I have no complaints a couple of bumps but nothing that the Owner Uma does not take care of ASAP ! Shakira and Susan are also Amazing I would definitely recommend Synergy to who ever needs to have a private duty company to care for your loved ones They really do care !!!!

I highly recommend Synergy Homecare. Exceptional care. Comprehensive, kind and sympathetic. Individualized for exactly for what my elderly mom and dad needed. Exceptional assessment and care planning. Despite my mom and dads apprehensions , they applauded the care and kindness and actually looked forward to the arrival of their personal care assistant. Overall, Synergy is one of the best healthcare groups we were so fortunate to have been referred to during a difficult time of health crisis. Highly recommend.

Peter and Shannon at Synergy HomeCare were fantastic! They quickly responded to our request for home care after my father broke his arm which was comforting during this time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Synergy HomeCare.
