My mother-in-law needed assistance a few years ago. My wife used Synergy and they were perfect. Now my father needed assistance. Again, they are great. Kelly shows great compassion and competance. My father really likes her. Mark is always checking to make sure everyone is happy. He is very responsive to any problems and resolves them immediately

We used Synergy Home Healthcare for my father in law in his last days. The owner Mark Decker came to our home and talked to us explaining everything. Answered all our questions and concerns . The aids were all wonderful and caring especially a young man named Henry. When we had to call the ambulance he followed them to the hospital with our loved one and sat with him till we could be there with him. Highly recommend!

Mark Decker and our caregiver Lisa Kurtz are truly remarkable! Mark guided me thru every step, told me he would be a resource, and WOW, he is incredibly knowledgable, thoughtful, genuinely kind and caring. Lisa Kurtz is like family to us. I live in NC and trust her with my Mom, just like she was my sister. She is patient, and discerned on a daily basis what mom needed, and is a Godsend.
