Our family used this company to provide care for a relative in their home and our experience became very different before and after key staff left. What was good: The former client care coordinator and scheduling manager were wonderful to work with and clearly cared about their clients. What changed: After they left without explanation, many responsibilities appeared to be replaced with AI instead of a real person handling scheduling and communication.
