I hired Synergy a couple of months ago to help my mother. My expectations were low based on experiences with other home care agencies. But every single person at Synergy has gone above and beyond to make sure that my mother has the care she needs. They have been flexible and responsive. I feel like I have a partner in this journey! Plus - their communication is exceptional, which is a rarity among home care and health care providers.
Synergy has been a godsend for so many people I have Worked with. We have people who are waiting for an opening to come into our community and have been able to safely stay at home with the help of Synergy until they can move with us. We have also had people who live in our community have Synergy come in and help them with their needs. We have had nothing but amazing experiences with them and I will Refer people to them over and over again, because I know They will have a wonderful experience and be very well cared for!
We love Synergy HomeCare. They did everything in such a quick timely fashion and got my husband all set up to get the care he needs through the VA. They made it so easy for my oldest granddaughter Ashley to be his caretaker. We are so happy to finally get the help we needed, all thanks to Synergy! We truly are so appreciative of this company and the service they provide.
