The owner, Carly, is a wonderful and caring person who has hired a staff of caring professionals too! Carly came and introduced each new care giver to my elderly parents so as to make the transition easier, and she was in tune to all the details that my elderly parents needed.. I could not be more appreciative of the care that Katherine, Cierra and Brittany gave to BOTH of my parents. Their care helped get my father “back on his feet” after he broke his femur.. The caregiver through Synergy provided excellent, professional and compassionate care for my dad. She was a great help to him and the entire family. This company is easy to work with, responsive and provides excellent care providers. We highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough about working with Synergy and Carly. We did not know what we were going to do about someone being with my dad when we were at work and unable to be there to assist in his care. Thank goodness we found Synergy. Carly is a blessing to work with and will do whatever see can to accommodate the last minute changes. Synergy helps with transportation during the day, helps my dad get up and ready in the morning to go to therapy or the doctor. Basically, whatever we need when we can't be there. Carly and her “crew” have been taking care of our dad for over a month already. Carly has been extremely accommodating when we need to alter the schedule or make other arrangements for my dad. This was probably one of the best decisions we could have made was bringing in Carly to help out. The aid she brought in for my dad even takes him to and from the SSM Day Institute of St Charles, which is a God-send to my sister and I because otherwise we would have to be taking off work.
