I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Carly Mayer and the entire team at Synergy Home Care of St. Charles. When my wife came home from the hospital after her injuries, the care and compassion we received were truly exceptional. I was looking for in home care for my mom & after over half a dozen companies I interviewed with, I knew immediately after talking with the owner Carly, that her company was just what my mom needed. My mom has nothing but good things to say about all her home caregivers & I like the fact that I can get in touch with Carly directly if my mom needs more or less care. Carly and her team have been outstanding to partner with we have transitioned my grandmother from rehab to home health care. Carly and her staff are caring, kind, collaborative, and extremely knowledgeable. They have been amazing throughout the transition, helping to maintain safety and compassionate care for my grandmother. The Synergy homecare team has been an amazing resource. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Carly met with mom and us in mom's apartment on very short notice. Worked us in on our after normal business hours schedule. She attentively listened to our concerns but addressed her comments directly to mom. She gave us several ideas to help keep mom independent for longer. We will definitely be hiring Carly and Synergy Homecare when the time comes.
