I have been working with Synergy for a few months now. I want to say it’s been an amazing experience with Synergy. I’m so glad I got an opportunity to work with them. Stephanie, Nicole and Tereasa are amazing management to work with. They are very supportive, caring and kind people. I highly recommend working with Synergy. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and making sure you feel welcomed.

My experience with Synergy has been great!  Stephanie is very responsive and really tailors her care solutions to our situation.   We used a different agency in another part of the state several years ago.  While we had no real problem with the other agency, I can say the Synergy staff are much better in terms of temperament and skill.  Everyone is kind, dependable, respectful, understanding, patient (and, boy, does my loved one need it!), and is great at communicating.  Synergy came in at a very difficult time for my family... read more

Stephanie and Carrie were amazing from the start and all the way through. Our father needed 24/7 care at home and every caregiver that has been there were wonderful, professional, caring, and attentive to all of his needs. My brothers and I are so grateful for everything they have done for our family and taking care of Dad. We could not have gone through this difficult time without their help. I recommend Synergy HomeCare to anyone who is looking for help for your loved one. They absolutely rock!

The care, compassion, and responsiveness set Synergy apart from all other home care agencies. The Aides are well trained, very supportive, and communicate great with our elderly parents. This is definitely an Agency to consider for your home care needs.

They are sweet people, but working for them is a red flag. They called me in for an interview, which went well. They requested I bring the following to the orientation, which was from 9:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. They did not provide breakfast or lunch, but there were two small snack bowls on the table. At the end of the orientation, they had me download an app for the job. They do not have clients for you, as stated in the interview. I will have to wait for them to find one.
