The management at Synergy Home Care are very helpful with identifying client needs and someone is available 24 hrs a day. I have sent messages to them late at night expecting a reply in the morning, but someone always responds. The caregivers have all been excellent, caring and efficient. Our loved one is very pleased with the care & assistance she gets from them.
All we dealt with were friendly and courteous. One woman worked her butt off and just did things. Made some meals, cleaned the floor and dusted. The other 2 pretty much sat and talked. One helped me change the sheets. I guess maybe partly my fault, I should have had a list of chores. I never dealt with this before so I didn’t realize.
We have been pleased with our services provided by Synergy HomeCare of Concord. They have provided one-on-one attention and flexible scheduling which has been very important for my mom. They worked hard to find the right match for her.
