Synergy Homecare of Kinston has been a God send to our family. Claire Sugg and her entire team show compassion, patience and understanding in all they do. I never hesitate to call her with any questions or concerns. She and her team go beyond the call center of duty to ensure my loved one is taken care of and provided with the best care available. I would recommend Synergy Homecare of Kinston without hesitation to anyone struggling to meet the medical or aging needs of their loved one.

I cannot say enough positive things about Synergy Homecare. Due to health issues, my mother moved in to live with our family. I work a full time job and needed to hire aides to care for my mother so that I can go to work. Trusting someone to take care of a loved one isn't easy. Synergy alleviated all my concerns from my first call with Claire and assessment with Bobbie. We have two incredible aides, Donna and Marla, who take such wonderful care of mom.
