Excellent experience with Synergy. We needed home health aides 24/7 when my husband came home from rehab after a medical crisis. The 2 aides sent by Synergy were very professional, caring, experienced, flexible, helpful in every possible way. The office staff was also responsible and efficient.

Synergy HomeCare was a godsend in my mothers home hospice care and for my mental health. Caregiving is a challenge in so many ways and the people at Synergy were kind, compassionate, and professional as they stepped in quickly at my request. Diane and Tom at Synergy have been a blessing in disguise for helping with the care needs of my mother. They have always been flexible, understanding, and focused on sending home health aides that are compatible with my mother and effective aides for HER. I really appreciate the communication and the understanding they provided while I utilized their services(adjust schedule pretty last minute for hospitalizations or rehab periods). I will continue to use them as much as possible! Amazing agency.

Tom Euell, Office Manager was my first contact with Synergy on my home care journey for my family member and he has made the whole process seamless from start to finish! Navigating our needs, insurance, schedules and all necessary paperwork. Mikala our home care provider who works with us 3 times a week is wonderful and caring and has become part of our family. You hear so many terrible stories about home care services but I’m happy to report that our story has a happy ending thanks to Tom, Mikala and the team at Synergy!

Synergy HomeCare of Pennington provided quality care for my mom when she was in assisted living during the pandemic. They quickly ramped up when she needed it most prior to transferring to a skilled nursing facility. Recently, I requested documentation from Paul and he responded quickly with exactly what I needed.
