Synergy HomeCare was a godsend in my mothers home hospice care and for my mental health. Diane and Tom at Synergy have been a blessing in disguise for helping with the care needs of my mother. They have always been flexible, understanding, and focused on sending home health aides that are compatible with my mother and effective aides for HER. I really appreciate the communication and the understanding they provided while I utilized their services(adjust schedule pretty last minute for hospitalizations or rehab periods). Tom Euell, Office Manager was my first contact with Synergy on my home care journey for my family member and he has made the whole process seamless from start to finish! Navigating our needs, insurance, schedules and all necessary paperwork. Mikala our home care provider who works with us 3 times a week is wonderful and caring and has become part of our family. Synergy HomeCare of Pennington provided quality care for my mom when she was in assisted living during the pandemic. They quickly ramped up when she needed it most prior to transferring to a skilled nursing facility. Recently, I requested documentation from Paul and he responded quickly with exactly what I needed. The staff at Synergy are wonderful, so helpful and seem to really care about their clients as well as their care givers. And they took their time to explain each detail so I could feel comfortable using them to help out with my dad's care and checked in frequently to ensure that I was happy with the service 😊
