My mother had been a Client/Patient of Synergy HomeCare for over eight years. The entire experience was wonderful. The Caregivers were outstanding and treated my mother as if she were their own. The Management of the company did whatever they possibly could for me from constant schedule changes to middle of the night phone calls (from me). If you are looking for a Home Care Agency for someone of any age, your first call should be to Synergy.

Signing up with Synergy HomeCare over a year ago was the best choice I could have made for care for my mom. Since signing up, the staff has been nothing short of amazing and super accommodating. Scarlett, the on call coordinator is always available, doing all she can to make sure the shift is always covered. Anytime I call to speak to Rosita and or Omyra they are always available and professionally answer any question I may have. Leslie wrote moms care plan perfectly and calls often to check in. Applicants Beware: Extremely Unprofessional Experience I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this agency. From the start I was rushed, spoken to condescendingly, and pressured to hand over sensitive information without clear explanation. When I tried to take my paperwork home to review, it was aggressively taken from me, and although I was shown some of it being shredded, I was not allowed to keep my own documents — leaving me very uneasy about how my information was handled. Wowwww. I see why Synergy was highly recommended to us! My mother-in-law was visiting NJ from Illinois when she was hospitalized. Due to severe confusion/ disorientation, we sought an aide to relieve exhausted local family members. I was in charge of arranging this from home 800 miles away, and they were incredible! Office staff quickly returned phone calls and texts, and arranged everything with efficiency and speed.
