I’ve been using Synergy Homecare now for two years and I was compelled to share my feedback with anyone who is considering or wants to have the right Backup Care for their parents. Synergy Homecare is highly attentive to customer needs, professional throughout the process and most importantly, consistent with the right level of care. Benny is one of the managers that I’ve worked with who is amazing and extremely customer focused. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs good care at the right time from the right place..

I recommend this agency to other parents. This childcare agency is responsible and reliable. Highly recommend Dionelis the caregiver. She has been amazing with my children—she truly loves and cares for them like family. My kids even call her ‘Auntie,’ which speaks to the bond she’s built with them. It’s such a relief to know that whether I’m working or running errands, my children are in safe, loving hands. Bennie the manager genuinely cares and ensures you have a caregiver who meets your family’s needs. Highly recommend!

We have used Synergy home care to take care for my elderly mother. We were very happy with the services that they have provided for us. The Operational Managers do everything possible to help make the job of caring for loved one easier. The caregivers we had were very caring and always on time. But as it became too difficult and due to family issues, my mother was put into a nursing home. This was one of the hardest decisions. We've used Synergy HomeCare of Woodbridge for many years, and they’ve been fantastic! Always going above and beyond. Their caregivers are kind, reliable, and truly care about us their clients. Highly recommend to everyone!
