I’m a 56m, single and disabled. I’ve been a patient of Synergy since 6/25. I’ve had the opportunity to be cared by 2 amazing people…. Shelley & George. I have developed a great friendship with Shelley! She takes care of me as well as my dog! They have developed their own friendship (Shelley spoils her!). The management has been friendly, helpful, flexible with scheduling and meeting my needs! I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of help!!
I was searching for home caregivers and stopped looking after reading their reviews. SO many positive reviews. Now that I’ve had a chance to get to know them, I totally see why. My husband has a rare form of early onset Alzheimer’s and Medicaid allows me 20 hours per week of much needed assistance. I haven’t been able to really do anything in over 5 years. Synergy home care provided us with Jimmy, a caregiver, for our dementia patient family member. Jimmy is very attentive and interacts great…giving him hours of fun occupation. Jimmy has a very friendly professional and relaxed demeanor adding a very positive note to our family member’s day.
I'm a 75 year old woman still learning to 9live alone. I broke my humerus and am very much in need of help. Not only did Synergy come to my house quickly, but sent help the very next Monday. Eventhough the first caregiver wasn't a fit for me, I was immediately matched with a smart, kind woman who took away my fears and will be here 3 days a week until I can care for myself.
