Synergy was quick to respond to my request for help and to send someone. Caroline helped me get a backlog of house chores done that I had not been able to do for 2 months because of an injury. She even helped me with my three dogs by taking them outside to do their business. I would not hesitate to use their service again if I need it.

Michael and I are very happy with the home caregivers ; Jessica and Destiny. Bothe girls are very caring, efficient and extremely helpful. Jessica came to our rescue during the recent snow storm. She lives in Kaiser and, during the worst of the storm drove to Salem to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription that Michael badly needed. She then drove on the snowy, icy freeway, at 5 miles an hour to get the medicine to us. Michael and I are very impressed with her actions. When I needed in home care Jennifer and the team at Synergy were there for us. Jennifer did a thorough interview which helped determine the services needed . I was able to meet with the providers who would be in the home before service began. The process was detailed and at the same time everything was clearly explained. If you ever need in home care I highly recommend this company. You will have your expectations exceeded!

We needed home care for an aging parent, and we are so pleased with SYNERGY HOME CARE! Jennifer made the assessment easy and convenient. Jennifer was able to get staff to cover very quickly. Jessica and Kristina, the caregivers, are friendly, prompt, reliable and hard workers.
