Synergy HomeCare has exceeded our expectations during a difficult season and uncharted territory. Starting with our our very first appointment, they have met and exceeded our expectations and have been so caring along the way. Excellent communication. We have never been without a caregiver. Synergy has been the most caring, compassionate health care programs ever! My husband is a Veteran and the care Synergy has provided has only been the best. We love the whole Synergy Staff that has been so very compassionate with all the issues my husband and I have had since we started with them. We have had a great experience with Synergy HC. We contacted them while in a bit of a crisis and Jennifer responded so quickly and with such kindness. Jennifer and her team were responsive through all of the unexpected twists and turns. What I think impressed me the most was as we learned we had to transition to a different level of care Jennifer and her team continued to work to support our family knowing the job was time limited. I would recommend them in a heart beat!

This was a very positive experience in every way. I know I can trust Synergy to fulfill my home care needs and give me peace of mind when I have to travel and my spouse is not able to come with me. Synergy was quick to respond to my request for help and to send someone. Caroline helped me get a backlog of house chores done that I had not been able to do for 2 months because of an injury. She even helped me with my three dogs by taking them outside to do their business. I would not hesitate to use their service again if I need it.
