Kathy and her team of caregivers have been such kind and reliable care partners for our clients/families. We have now had several families they've cared for consistently and some over a long period time and the feedback remains positive and happy about their service. We've had some complex care situations that they've addressed very carefully from the beginning so I really appreciate being able to entrust our clients to them once I refer them in. Synergy has been helping my stepmother for the past 3 years, both in her home and now in a facility. The care professionals have been wonderful and many have come to feel like family. I always know she will be in good hands whenever someone comes from Synergy. The scheduling team always keeps me updated on any changes and works diligently to get her shifts covered. We would not have been able to keep my stepmom in her home as long as we did had it not been for the help of Synergy and their wonderful team.

I have not had the opportunity yet to personally use the services of Synergy HomeCare of Franklin, but I do know several members of their team, and they are truly top-notch people who are professional, compassionate and trustworthy. Based on the quality of their staff, I would feel very confident recommending them to anyone looking for care for a loved one. Definitely a company worth considering.

I recently referred SYNERGY HomeCare to a friend who needed support with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with activities of daily living. Before their involvement, he was very isolated at home and had little desire to interact with others. Since starting services, the change has been incredible.
