Synergy has been helping my stepmother for the past 3 years, both in her home and now in a facility. The care professionals have been wonderful and many have come to feel like family. I always know she will be in good hands whenever someone comes from Synergy. The scheduling team always keeps me updated on any changes and works diligently to get her shifts covered. We would not have been able to keep my stepmom in her home as long as we did had it not been for the help of Synergy and their wonderful team.

I have not had the opportunity yet to personally use the services of Synergy HomeCare of Franklin, but I do know several members of their team, and they are truly top-notch people who are professional, compassionate and trustworthy. Based on the quality of their staff, I would feel very confident recommending them to anyone looking for care for a loved one. Definitely a company worth considering.

I recently referred SYNERGY HomeCare to a friend who needed support with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with activities of daily living. Before their involvement, he was very isolated at home and had little desire to interact with others. Since starting services, the change has been incredible. Not reliable service. I received two confirmation emails the week prior confirming my service. Today I was supposed to receive the service, and after 15 minutes of not being there, I called the office. They said that the caregiver was "not aware" they had been assigned to someone, and it was their fault. The earliest they could get backup care was over three hours later than the original scheduled time, and they would have to have different care takers throughout the day since it was last minute.
