At a very critical time, I was referred to Synergy Home Care. During the weeks they assisted my mom, I felt she was cared for and they valued her. Our grandfather fell at the end of last year and our family came to the realization that it was time to bring in professional care. We called Synergy and they were out to assess him the same day. They were very understanding of our concerns of keeping our grandfather independent and making sure the right caregivers were staffed. We have been using Synergy for about a month now for my grandmother, and they have been fantastic! The caregivers who have come out have been so caring and empathetic, and the office staff is always so understanding and flexible when it comes to her changing needs. My family hired Synergy last year after our uncle suffered a stroke and the rehab facility pointed us in their direction. Their professional staff have been extremely satisfying and they go to lengths to make sure the caregivers sent mesh well with our uncle. They’ve given us the peace of mind that when we’re not able to be with him, he is safe and taken care of. Super compassionate and flexible staff- we couldn’t be happier!
