As a team member working for this company and doing what i love is a great experience.
Synergy Homecare has been great! They quickly sent a nurse out to assess my parents and put a plan of action together, and modify the plan as the situation changed. Because my mother was functional physically they gave us reduced rates. They were able to ramp up to 24/7 on short notice. All the people they sent out were wonderful and caring and compassionate, able to care for my father confined to bed and deal with my mother with dementia.
