I have been meaning to do this for a bit, but processing the death of my father in October meant that I am just getting to it now. I am SO appreciative of the care that our family received from Synergy while my dad was on hospice for well over a month at home. Synergy Home Care has gone above and beyond in every aspect. Initially, I was needing care for my mother who is a stroke patient, on dialysis, and in the early stages of dementia. I was stressed about making sure that my mother was being provided the best health care. I was able to voice that I would like to try a different caretaker after our first caretaker was assigned. We were able to find a caretaker that was the best fit for my mother through Synergy. After a few weeks, I was needing care for both my mother and father.... read more

We needed temporary home health while in town for the weekend. The whole staff team was amazing. They were compassionate, kind, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure my dad was appropriately cared for.

This company helped my family care for my father back in 2016, when his Alzheimer's disease was getting the best of us. I can't say enough good about Anita Uresti and her team. They are all very responsible and caring, and allowed us to keep my father in his home for longer than would have otherwise been possible.
