From the very start of our need for service, Synergy has been outstanding in the care given to my husband. When my mom came to Texas and lived with me someone recommended SYNERGY HomeCare of Prosper to take care of her. I reached out to them and discussed my mom’s needs. Alice (the owner) and Rebecca were so accommodating and helpful that made me feel they will take care of my mom. And true enough, their caregivers are knowledgeable and do really show they care. The office location was easy to find. They have carrying and professional staff. They showed a willingness to go above and beyond for the well-being of their clients, and offer support to the caregivers. They made me feel at ease by actively listening and addressing my needs. I felt No high pressure sales tactics, just a comfortable conversation. I welcome our new business neighbors to Little Elm and highly recommend, Synergy Home Care Prosper!
