I am deeply disappointed in Synergy HomeCare. I hired them to provide care for my mom. While things started off well, the experience ultimately unraveled due to dishonesty and mismanagement from the office staff. When I hired Synergy, I trusted them to prioritize my mom's care and communicate transparently. Unfortunately, they failed on both fronts. My mother became a client of Synergy Home Care of Olympia three years ago after a major medical event in her life. She required quite a lot of help the first few weeks of returning home, and the Synergy team came through fabulously!! Over the past three years, as mom’s needs have fluctuated due to several hospital stays, the staff has gone above and beyond to insure that she received the help she needed. My parents were in need of in-home care and Synergy was our first call. Brad and Danielle were patient, kind, and supportive as we asked a million questions. They helped us with paperwork, LTC insurance, and getting the right caregivers in for us. We have been with Synergy for five months and appreciate the great communication, follow-through, level of care and overall support they have provided during this difficult time.
