Our experience with Synergy is they have been the most helpful of people in our time of need. Without them I would have real problems finding the right place for my wife to be with the problems she is now having . Would like mention Marie and most of all Maria for time she spent taken of all the arrangements for getting my wife moved to the wonderful place she now is at. I’m so pleased with the service I receive from Synergy (they provide in-home care for my husband). They’ve been so responsive when I need to change or add hours/days. At the beginning Maria Chavez did most of the care and she made my husband feel so good about the care he received. She is now spending so many hours trying to help us dot all the ‘i’s’ and cross all the ‘t’s’ in the hopes of being able to receive help through the VA. That isn’t an easy thing to accomplish. I have a husband who has had a spinal cord surgery that left him paralyzed from the waist down. I didn’t know what I was going to do and a friend of my daughter referred me to Synergy Home Care. A very knowledgeable and kindhearted person named Maria came to our home and walked me through how they could support us and support our home care nurse and therapists.
