If you’re looking at working here it’s not what you think it is on indeed. The jobs sound way more intriguing and promotional than what they really are. Also if you tell them you can work certain days they will schedule you on those days. You’re babysitting old people that’s what it is and that’s all you’ll get.

The first person we had come was ok, not super knowledgeable about some things. The second person we had was great, my mom was very pleased w her. Was surprised about the 2 hour minimum visit. Didn’t need that much.

My wife suffers from Frontal Temporal Lobe Dementia and I can’t imagine how my life would be without the assistance of Synergy. They took care of my wife in our home for over 8 months. I chose to take care of my wife Pam in our home for as long as I could and that would not have been possible without the help of Synergy.
