My mom is in hospice care but neededa second nurses aide to help change her. This company is outstanding with care they give. Synergy is so much better than hospice when it comes to the loving care they give. I am so impressed with with the love and gentle care they give to my mother. My mother was giving up after being in the hospital for 2 weeks, but with the caring support I have been getting from Synergy she is trying to live again.
Felicia and her team of caregivers are exceptional. They have provided care in our home for our mother with Parkinson’s and dementia. The staff is well trained and they all Go above and beyond to make this the best experience for both My mother the patient and my father the care giver. This has been very difficult on our family and team Synergy has made it amuch more tolerable experience. Not to mention her rates are the best around. We are truly so blessed to have Felicia and Synergy on our care team.
Synergy provided outstanding Homecare to my Mother in her final days. While we started out with a plan to have a daily visit, it quickly transitioned to a need for 24x7 care. Synergy flexibly moved from one scenario to the next as my Mother's needs changed.
