Impressed by the professionalism, enthusiasm, positivity from initial interview to care appointments. Truly appreciate the flexibility of appointments and not being locked into a specific set schedule. Miss Lisa continues to bring an upbeat, enthusiastic, unflappable attitude when she comes and is easy going when I unavoidably run late to return. Although she is here to care for my spouse, she never leaves without asking what she can do for me. The perfect personality for caregiving.

Synergy Home Care in Edwardsville, IL, led by Heather is WONDERFUL. I needed care for my mother, and almost no agency was returning my call except for Synergy. I contacted them on the weekend, and Heather returned my call on a Saturday evening. She worked with me to quickly secure care for my mother. She sent out Debra to visit and gather information, and Debra was just as kind as Heather. In fact, on phone or in person, EVERYONE was polite, respectful, understanding, and kind.
