Olu and his team are amazing. I can’t say enough about the care my dad has received. His caregiver has become part of the family in just a few weeks. My dad looks forward to her arrival every day! We completely trust her and she is so knowledgeable, cheerful and kind to my parents. Care is customized to what you need and evolves with your changing needs. Communication is also excellent. Olu was a godsend at a time when I felt overwhelmed. He took time to learn about me and my husband ,the patient. He then matched us to staff he considered appropriate. He was right. Both Scarlet and Jackie were prompt, very helpful asking for more to do. They were friendly, conscientious , and hard workers. We truly appreciate the services of Synergy. Truely thankful for finding this company. Caring for my dad is a lot, and knowing that he’s in good hands to relieve me from some time away is definitely giving me a peace of mind. From day one there has always been positivity and everyone we have met is such a caring genuine person!
