My 90 year old snowbird father arrived in Naples in January and we found Synergy very helpful for finding us two lovely, capable and smart women to provide full-time daily care for him. I've had a good experience thus far with Kelly and Amanda, the owners of Synergy. I found them through the usual channels, on line. I'm in Pittsburgh, PA and have a 90yr old friend who has a place in Naples. He wanted to go down for the winter, just as he has done for the last 25 years. Came across a Synergy HomeCare ad in our church bulletin a few months ago and clipped it thinking this may come in handy one day. And it did when my husband was hospitalized recently. TO THE RESCUE: I truly cannot speak highly enough about their services. The owner personally took an emergency call from my Dad and immediately sent help to my parents’ home. Because of their quick response, they discovered my Dad in a precarious health situation and acted fast by calling an ambulance. Their team is knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy, and incredibly resourceful. They consistently go above and beyond for their clients.

From the very first phone call with Kelly, I felt comfortable and confident this was the right company to use. Both Kelly and Amanda were and continue to be empathetic and willing to listen to our specific and changing needs and then work with us to address those needs.
