From the very first phone call, everything was a smooth and easy process. Brandi was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She quickly scheduled a day to meet and I had services started within 72 hours. I was matched with a caregiver who is absolutely amazing. I truly appreciate how the entire experience has been. Highly recommend them!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. The care I have received has been wonderful. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this agency. From the very first phone call, everyone was kind, patient, and professional. The caregivers they matched with my grandfather have been amazing, caring, respectful, attentive, and truly compassionate. I have been using Synergy HomeCare for almost a month and am very happy with their support and their caregivers. The owner Joseph is by far one of the most knowledgeable in the business and his director La'Tosha is a kind, compassionate and supportive soul who truly wants to help and is professional and accommodating beyond anyone I've ever experienced.
