I’ve had the honor to work with Tyler at Synergy home care. Tyler is an amazing person, extremely knowledgeable, really cares about her patients and will bend over backwards to help anyone!
We had to rely on Synergy for back up child care and had the worst experience. Not only did no one call ahead of time as an introduction call to our family as you would expect and we have received with similar providers but they didn’t contact us until a half hour past the appointment time we requested and they originally confirmed. When they finally called us they didn’t even apologize they just said your caregiver Lauren Johnson had a family emergency and the replacement caregiver is on their way.
