My experience with Synergy Has been flawless since I signed up with them and December 2024. All my needs have been met by the schedulers at all times. My caregivers are all great! I love them all!

Synergy has been a friend indeed ! I was cautious to involve strangers into our house to care for my wife but Synergy has proved to be trustworthy, kind and very professional. Matt and Sara helped me with the initial paperwork. Amber is a very capable scheduler. The home care employees are patient and gentle.

Synergy homecare came into my life when I needed it the most. I was literally exhausted taking care of my dementia husband. Caregivers came and helped me with every day chores. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They made my life so much easier and more enjoyable. I am very thankful to everyone who had helped me and who is still helping me. We really appreciated the responsiveness, care and flexibility of the Synergy staff. It was good to know our loved one was being looked after. Many different caretakers were in our home, and all were competent. We hope to get to know the staff a bit more consistently if we ever have a need again for in home care.

All these glowing reviews (two by employees). Here is our experience: Synergy recently contracted with the VA to provide services. My husband, an 83-year old disabled vet, in end stage, had his intake over three weeks ago. I was informed that I would be notified of a schedule and a caregiver would start the following week. Nearly two weeks later, I received a phone call on a Monday afternoon and was told a caregiver would be arriving in 15 minutes.
