From our first phone call with Brandi to our initial meeting with La’Tosha and now our weekly care services with Don, Synergy has been a caring, reliable, and vital part of our family. Knowing that my mom is being helped in exactly the way she needs now and that the program is flexible to change with her needs is ideal, but most importantly is the truly warm and considerate care she’s receiving. La’Tosha and Don may not realize it, but the peace of mind they give me is nearly as valuable as the way they help my mom.

Destiny provided excellent care for a 1 of our Total Care patients during the overnight (NOC) shifts. Thanks to Destiny, she enabled me to focus on other high-need patients, with confidence that her assigned patient was being well taken care of —- even at 3:00am. Destiny has a great attitude, and really cares about her work.

La'Tosha and the Synergy caregivers made a very difficult situation for me much easier. I have a dear friend in Santa Monica who needed a lot of help, and I was trying to manage it ftom the East Coast. La'Tosha was extremely professional and maintained ongoing communications with me. She showed initiative and caring concern as she worked with her caregivers to get my friend the help she needed to attain goals and achieve tasks. I can recommend this group wholeheartedly!

Directors and caregivers were in tune and constantly checking in with me. I discovered things that have made this process easier because of Synergy. Caregivers are carefully vetted and do great work. They surpassed the financial aspect of service and got to the core of what my mom really needed, which I respect so much.

Working with La'Tosha and the team of caregivers has made a difficult situation much easier! I have been helping a friend in Santa Monica remotely from the East Coast. La'Tosha was great at communicating with me, taking initiative as needed, and working with the individual caregivers to achieve goals and tasks. I highly recommend their services!
