This service really seems like an extension of my family. La'Tosha has made this difficult process, easy. Her warm approach to every question or cancellation is appreciated and again, as if she's family. The care team for my mom, Loretta and Taylor, have made such a difference in my mom's life. They bring joy and care to every session. Synergy has been such a blessing to my mom and to me. I don't easily trust, but again, upon the first meeting, my mom's care team is like family.

I started using Homecare after a fall and a rib fracture. I was in lot of pain and needed lot of help initially to do my daily personal chores. I was able to get quick help from Synergy Homecare. La'Tosha the care manager came for an interview right away and helped with finding the right home helper jDiin. The Synergy HomeCare team saved the day. They met with us on the same day that we called and scheduled two wonderful caregivers for the exact time and days that WE needed. They were so professional, prompt and provided excellent care. The communication with scheduling and staff was seamless. I highly recommended Synergy for you and/or a family member. We are completely satisfied with our experience using this company.

I'm so grateful for this company and want to make sure others know about them too. When I first talked to the owner, Joseph, I could tell how much he cared. He was warm and comforting, and explained everything clearly without being overwhelming. Hello, My family has hired Synergy for care of my 94 year old mother since the fall of 2024. We had met with a few agencies but decided to hire synergy after meeting with Joseph and L’Atosha. And we definitely made the right choice!! We have been so happy with how our mother has been taken care of.
