Thank you SYNERGY! You have provided smart, skilled, empathic caregivers to my dear friend who has Alzheimers. She has had care givers from other companies that were not dependable, nor skilled, nor intelligent. We were ready to give up when we started working with you. We’ve had an incredible experience with Synergy HomeCare of Santa Monica for childcare for our three young children (ages 1.5, 4, and 6). La Tosha, the Director of Care Management, is a wonderful, down-to-earth, and very caring person. I was very nervous about having strangers in my home, after being a caregiver to my mom , years ago, and having some really bad experiences ( it was with a different agency). I called at least 20 agencies, and was able to narrow my choices down to 3 fairly quickly. I called each agency several times with questions. This service really seems like an extension of my family. La'Tosha has made this difficult process, easy. Her warm approach to every question or cancellation is appreciated and again, as if she's family. The care team for my mom, Loretta and Taylor, have made such a difference in my mom's life. They bring joy and care to every session. Synergy has been such a blessing to my mom and to me. I don't easily trust, but again, upon the first meeting, my mom's care team is like family.
