I’ve worked with multiple agencies over the past 2 years, and this is the first time I’ve truly felt comfortable with my mom’s care. I never realized how stressful it would feel trying to care for my dad while also handling everyday life. Directors and caregivers were in tune and constantly checking in with me. I discovered things that have made this process easier because of Synergy. Caregivers are carefully vetted and do great work. They surpassed the financial aspect of service and got to the core of what my mom really needed, which I respect so much.
