We were concerned about finding the right fit.
It's expensive. Caregivers are not all the same. The one we currently is awesome, she does more for my mother (and me) than the previous ones [name removed]). They have all been good though.
They were very good for my wife and made it better for me. I would recommend them and I trust the people. They did a good job.
The caregivers were wonderful. It seems like they were short of staff in their office. As we were happy with our caregivers for my HUSBAND we put up with it. I would tell others to try another caregiver organization.
Didn't use them for meals or dining or activities. We had 2 ladies and they did a good job. I wanted them to stay with my wife. She needed help with the bathroom. They offered to do more, like cleaning and such. I had them on Wednesday and Friday 1 to 5pm. They charged [fee removed] per hour. Overall a good job.
At times we thought we were going to get more from the home care service for what we were paying, but overall our loved one had a great experience with them and she really did love some of the people who came to assist.
They have been flexible and prompt in changing to my mom's needs. She has had some really excellent people, but they weren't able to be consistent in getting us those same people all of the time. So the care has really been dependent on which person was present on any given day. But the staff in general were very receptive to my mom's needs.
They're doing fine and have treated me well. I'm down to one caregiver now, and the last gal did a good job here. She had a good personality and did a much better job than the one before that.
This service provided excellent care and services for my loved one. I would for sure recommend this service. The administration were fantastic and very easy to work with.
