I have been seeing Gretchen now for probably eight or nine years and she is absolutely amazing! She always gives you her best opinion and best judgment on what is best for your look and for your facial features. She will never let you be overdone. She is honest and willing to work with you…. Great experience with CoolSculpting! The spa is beautiful and relaxing, and Ashley was fantastic—very professional, attentive, and made the whole process comfortable and easy. The next-day follow-up to make sure I was feeling good was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

Kenna and the synergy staff are amazing!! We’ve got what works for me with Botox dialed in, but while we were figuring it out, she kept me so informed about what works where, what I do and don’t need, and follow up on the next appointment to see what we can change to get the results I want! Would not recommend anywhere else.
