If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This office is one of the most unprofessional medical practices I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is rude, the doctor is rude, and the whole place is completely unorganized. Their patient portal is outdated, they write appointments down on a piece of paper, and when you call, it goes straight to a cell phone instead of a real business line. So much genuine care, concern, and compassion. Everyone we met helped us and help our loved one who was in crisis. Excellent psychiatric practice. We are more hopeful for our loved one’s recovery because of their care. If you or a loved one is suffering with mental health issues, this is the right place to go.
Dr. Ola truly is a source of light and wisdom. She carries a deep understanding of psychiatry but also exemplifies genuine empathy for the people she works and interacts with. I have not had Dr. Ola as a doctor myself, but she has been a phenomenal mentor to me. She truly cares, listens intently, and gives the kind of support that really stays with you. Syntax is run with love, and it's not right that individuals try to tear it down through false reviews. Dr. Ola is certainly deserving of more commendation for all the good that she does. she is simply the best!!!
I haven’t seen Dr. Ola as a patient, but I know her personally, and she’s one of the kindest and most caring people I’ve met. She really listens and makes people feel safe and supported. I can tell she truly cares about helping others, and anyone who goes to her is in good hands.
