This is by far the best Mental Health Clinic in the metro Atlanta area. I have unfortunately been to several others that are more concerned about getting more diagnoses and appointments instead of giving actual help. Dr Okwuadigbo takes careful consideration of your medical history and treats you accordingly. I was taking 3 different medications and in my FIRST appointment I was told there is ONE medication to treat all three issues. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This office is one of the most unprofessional medical practices I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is rude, the doctor is rude, and the whole place is completely unorganized. Their patient portal is outdated, they write appointments down on a piece of paper, and when you call, it goes straight to a cell phone instead of a real business line. So much genuine care, concern, and compassion. Everyone we met helped us and help our loved one who was in crisis. Excellent psychiatric practice. We are more hopeful for our loved one’s recovery because of their care. If you or a loved one is suffering with mental health issues, this is the right place to go.
I’ve never been one of Dr. Ola’s patients, but as a family friend, she has given me sound, motherly advice numerous times. When I was about to enter college, Dr. Ola talked to me on the phone for over an hour about my plans for the future, while also telling me all about her career journey. As someone who doesn’t open up as much as I should, telling her about my goals, fears, and uncertainties was very easy.
