Due to the weather my AUX heat was running nonstop and it concerned me so I called T. Byrd's Hearing and Air office and Paul came out same day and checked everything for me and made sure the heat pump was running properly before he left. Such great customer service!! Highly recommend this company.

Got there in mentioned time frame and the young man was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting to the issue at hand. Removed and changed all filters as well!! Our church will definitely be using their services in the future.

The T-Byrds service technician was Ross Licata Jr. What a friendly guy. Jumped right in on checking my gas heater. Ross was very knowledgeable and shared some things with me that might help my situation (several cats and a dog) like an air purifier installed in my heat/AC which I am seriously considering.
