I was SO pleased with the service I received from T. Byrd's! Our furnace went out and they got me in the same day I called, someone came out that evening once we realized I needed a new furnace and that our old one was not up to code. A crew came out the next morning and had everything installed in ONE day. Everyone was kind, patient, respectful - always willing to explain any questions I had. T-Byrd made the whole process very easy from the initial inspection, to replacement estimates, to the actual installation. Everyone involved was very kind and willing to answer all our questions and work us in as quick as they could. Will and Mike came out and replaced our unit. Despite a very long drive and freezing temps, they were very polite and focused on the job and making sure everything was working correctly. We deeply appreciate everyone's kindness and hard work and would definitely recommend the team!
So far so good on the full system replacement T.Byrd did for us. Time will tell on the quality of the equipment and the install. But the price was right, the sales pitch was informative and low pressure, the communication was exceptional and the install was took less time than was estimated and looks very good (at least to me). This system has been running for 48 hours and runs great.
Our furnace stopped putting out heat and T Byrd came out the next day to troubleshoot and repair. Very prompt service and willingness to work late when needed. There was one issue that needed to be addressed and they come back out the next day to correct it. We're very comfortable using them for both regular maintenance and repair work.
