I wanted to leave 5 stars for Temple Family Health NP PLLC for for a great new patient appointment experience! After filling out some of my information I was given provider option within my network and was provided with multiple time options and was seen the same day. Prior to the appointment I just had to fill some quick forms out and I was all set for later that day. I was seen by provider -Tijuana Temple. Absolutely incredible. New patient, I got a same day appointment, was seen exactly on time and she couldn't be nicer! Script was sent immediately and when the pharmacy had it on back order, they sent a new one right away! If you hate going to the DR, go here! So happy

I've used the practice for several months now. They have been courteous, patient and professional! Video Visits have occurred On Time after completing the necessary intake forms. Highly Recommended their Medical Services!

Tijuana Temple is so helpful and takes her time to explain things to ensure I leave my appointments with all the information. Shes very friendly and accommodating along with the staff. I never have to call and ask for my scripts etc . I will definitely continue seeing her for my medical needs.

T. Temple has been incredibly helpful and responsive to me and aiding me in receiving the care I need. The flexibility and availability of the telehealth appointments she offers provides convenience beyond compare.
