Best Indian food in Charlotte. Portions are huge compared to other Indian restaurants while also being reasonably priced. Ask them to make it spicy and they actually will, unlike other places. Service was great and food came out quick, we will definitely be back.
This is our go to place from past 3 years since we moved to Charlotte. We were never even slightly disappointed with their taste. We took lot of our visiting guests for dine in and they as well really liked the taste. I would highly recommend below vegetarian items on menu. Veg Manchurian Paneer Tikka Masala Malai Kofta Bread basket Mango lassi Staff (Chandra, John / James and others) is also very nice and provides excellent service.
Okay so I gotta say this! Tabla Indian Restaurant is honestly one of the best spots I’ve eaten at around here. The food? Straight up authentic. You can taste the effort the chefs put in. Delicious, fresh food and friendly, responsive service! Tabla has become a frequent stop for me. The staff is great. The food is delicious and well prepared. You can request spice to your liking and they deliver. My friend and I try to keep the order varied from visit to visit, but the current fave is mixed veg pakora and lamb chops. Also, I really enjoyed and appreciated the most recent additions of the cucumber lemon beverage (so nice as it was very hot out) and the papadum! Facility is very clean. Came in today for lunch with the hubby. We loved the chicken Tikka Marsala, lamb curry, and garlic Nan. Everything was exceptional. The only thing they didn’t have was roasted vegetables for a side but the flavors of our meals made up for it.
