I reached out to Table Rock Homebuyers from New Jersey when I needed help selling an older mobile home in Laurens, South Carolina after a family member passed away. I found House Hub Real Estate from a web search. I contacted them and immediately got a response. The next day I spoke to Teri and he was so helpful. I was trying to sell a property from afar and he did everything plus some to assist. When we ran into a snag he was still willing to help me even if it meant he wasn't getting much (if any) profit. This company is top notch. I would highly recommend using them. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I reached out to Teri at House Hub Real Estate Solutions about a property I was selling because the renters were horrible and i was tired with dealing with them. After a quick conversation he agreed to my asking price. Over the course of the next few weeks he helped me with the process to get the renters to vacate the property and we were able to close shortly after that.
